Hucknall Town 0-1 Scarborough Athletic

No programme, no team sheet - teams were announced on the PA, but Scarborough screwed that up anyway by not wearing the correct numbers.  Decent enough first half, but Hucknall rang the changes at half-time, and Boro on the hour, and the second half was not worth watching really. Indeed, Kev spent most of the half testing out his camera, and I spent most of the half in conversation with Dudsey and Mark Hales.
Our good friend Rudi Funk
Oh, former Rainworth MW player CHRIS HEWITT grabbed the only goal of the game on 72, drilling home from 10 yards after the ball ran loose to him following a mad scramble. F-T 0-1

Kev was trying out his new camera -  nicked a few pics from his facebook album to add a little colour to this somewhat dull blog entry.

I can let the Town fans know who started the first period, mainly because most of them were know to us from our travels.

Yellows:
Jack Harvey
Jack Davies ( Gedling Town) EMCL
Kieran Walker (Greenwood Meadows) EMCL
Wayne Duik
Romaine Grahame ( Grenwood Meadows) EMCL
Callum Lloyd
Jarrad Holmes
Max Wright ( Rainworth MW) Evo-Stik
Grant Ryan
Nick Ghizlanzoni ( Borrowash?) EMCL
Nat Watson ( Kirkby Town) CMFL

Boro line up :
Eley, Belt, Miller, Draper, Ingram, Phillips, Naylor, Hackworth, Blott, Lynam, Bernard.

Looking at those line ups - you could be forgiven for thinking this was an EMCL team (step 6) at home to an NCEL Premier Division team (step 5)...but Town are hoping to do well in the Evo-Stik South Division - I reckon they'll struggle a little...

Admission to car park £1
Admission to ground £5
Attendance 130? Dudsey 's head count....
